Below are the W-matrices \(W^{(u)}\) for the five rank 49 modular tensor categories of the form \(\mathcal{Z}(\text{Vec}_G^{\omega^u})\), where \(G=\mathbb{Z}_{11} \rtimes \mathbb{Z}_{5}\), \(\omega\) is a certain generator of \(H^3(G, U(1))\), and \(u\in \{0,1,2,3,4\}\).
