February 3th 2002 is a fairly insignificant sunday for most people, but on that day my home-built 6-inch telescope got first light!! It will be a 6-inch f/3 Schmidt-Newtonian telescope when the corrector plate is finished. Right now, the spherical mirror is stopped at 3-inch f/6 and works great!
