Image Settings

When you change image size via the "Image Size" option under the Image menu, make sure that "Constrain Proportions" is checked (that's the default) so that the horizontal and vertical sizes stay in proportion.

Recommended settings:

• 227kB 256 Shades of Gray, 150 dpi, Contrast 100%, Change Image Size to 796x1056
• 149kB 256 Shades of Gray, 150 dpi, Contrast 100%, Change Image Size to 796x1056, Image Quality = 1
• 248kB 256 Shades of Gray, 96 dpi, Contrast 100%
• 34kB Line Art, 300 dpi, Change Image Size to 796x1056
