Course grades were computed using homework (10%), labs (60%), the final exam (30%), and the extra credit lab, which was worth half of a normal lab. Email Prof. Lipman if you have any questions about your course grade.
Have a great summer!
A practice final exam has been posted
here.
Neither the content nor the number of problems
is necessarily indicative of what you will
see on our final. In particular, you can
expect to see several design problems on the
real final.
This practice exam and the solutions were
generated by uploading the final exam review
handout to AI, asking for a corresponding
exam, then correcting a boatload of mistakes,
particularly in the diagrams. Take note of the
odd connection drawing in the problem 7
current mirror diagram.
There may still be errors in the exam or
solutions, so beware. Even though there were
and still may be a lot of imperfections, I think
it will be very good for you if you work through
the exam.
