You'll be using
your i>clicker remote transmitter in every Physics 1 lecture,
beginning with the first lecture on Tuesday, January 8.
Your in-class participation using your i>clicker remote is worth 5% of the total points for Physics 1.
In order to get credit for your participation, you must register your i>clicker remote. Here's how:
- Come to the first lecture and vote using your i>clicker remote when told to do so.
- After lecture, go to http://www.iclicker.com/registration.
Complete the fields with your first name, last name, student ID, and remote ID.
Your student ID is your seven-digit perm number.
The remote ID is the series of numbers and sometimes letters
found on the bottom of the back of your i>clicker remote.
CAUTION! You must have come to lecture at least once
and voted on at least one question
in order to complete this registration properly.
Do not attempt to register your i>clicker online
until you have come to a lecture and have voted with your i>clicker at least once.
Make certain that you register your transmitter no later than noon on Friday, January 11.
If you register later than this, you may not receive credit for participation in the first week's lectures.
