Welcome to UCSB Women in Physics! WiP helps to promote a positive environment for women in the department, and enables women at all stages of their careers to get to know each other. More information about WiP at UCSB is available in our brochure.
Grad Visit Day
WiP is hosting an additional Grad Visit Day on April 9, just after the Department Visit Day, giving admitted women students the chance to get to know current grad students. We host a dinner with grad students, and brunch with faculty and their families, and usually take prospectives for a day of sightseeing in downtown Santa Barbara.
