	 Homework: There will be weekly homework assignments that will be posted every Friday 
		and due by Friday 5pm one week later in the homework box on the first floor of Broida. 
		The first homework is due Jan. 13.
   
 	 Midterm: There will be one midterm on Wednesday February 15 covering chapters 1-4 of  Taylor.
	 It is a closed book exam, but you can bring one 8 1/2 x 11in sheet of paper with notes on both sides.

	 Final: The final will be on Thursday March 22 from 12-3:00pm, covering chapters 1-7 of Taylor.
	 It is a closed book exam, but you can bring two 8 1/2 x 11in sheets of paper with notes on both sides.

  	 Grading: The homework will count 30%, the midterm with count 25% and the final will count 45%.
   
  	 Topics covered this quarter: We will cover the material in the first seven chapters of Taylor.
