There are several different soft phones that are available and that will work with our VoIP system. One of the most reliable ones that we recommend (works with Windows, Mac and Linux) is Xlite from www.xten.com.
Softphone can be accessed from anywhere there is an Internet connection.
We have tested the Logitech USB headset with no problems, but a Radio Shack headset will work if you have a standard microphone port on your computer.
