MeetMe facility supportsa larger number of conference calls. Dial extension 2070 or 805-893-2070.
- We can optionally set up an ID & PIN number to ensure that your conference is private
Loaner IP Speaker Telephone
PCS has a Polycom SoundStation IP 6000 Speaker Telephone (phone number 805-893-3669) that is available as a loaner. Please contact PCS at operator@physics.ucsb.edu to reserve it.
Aastra Conference button
- Call the first party, place them on hold, push any unlabeled line of you phone, when you get a dial tone, dial the second party, wait for the party to answer, push the conference button, all three of you will be connected
- If the phone is connected with two calls, one on hold and one active, you can connect all three phones in a conference by pressing the conference button.
